WRK Systems is a growing Managed Services Provider that has served the information technology needs of the commercial and financial industries of the Midwest since 1988. Our company was founded with the mission of providing complete single-source IT Solutions. We provide everything from wiring, network integration, implementation, training, hardware maintenance, disaster recovery planning, and support for business and accounting systems.

We are currently seeking a customer oriented person who is a self-starter and pays attention to detail to provide Level I Technical Support for our customers. Duties will include the following:

·         Level I Desktop and Software Support

·         Network Configuration and Troubleshooting

·         Software installations and upgrades at Customer sites.

 

 The candidate selected for this position will need to be able to travel and will hold the following qualifications:

 

·          Associates Degree (or better) in Computer Networking or a related Experience

·         Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 2003, and 2008 Server

·         Experience with Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 Server is a plus

·         Valid Driver’s  License

·         Good Customer Service Skills
