We are currently seeking consultants for our Omaha office who want to play an important role on Microsoft SharePoint/MOSS projects. This is a full-time, salaried position that includes, outstanding growth opportunities, leading edge training, and comprehensive benefits.

Desired Background:
Ideal candidate must have 2 to 5 years experience with strong conceptual & hands-on application and technology skills as outlined below:

• Experience with large scale implementation of SharePoint Portal Services/MOSS and .NET application development
• At least 1-2 years experience in industry best practices, current architectures, object-oriented concepts, and design patterns, as well as knowledge of advances in Microsoft products
• At least 1-2 years experience with C#, Visual Basic.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2000/2005, and/or XML Web Services
• Experience with BizTalk Server or Commerce Server implementation and customization is a plus
• Experience developing object-oriented applications
• Experience with implementation of complex logical database designs and relational database concepts
• Working knowledge of industry project processes and frameworks, such as Agile, XP, TDD, CMMI or RUP
• Must have strong customer interfacing skills and ability to work on projects with a sense of ownership and responsibility
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm and desire for learning, quality and improvement
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or related area
