Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part time Lead Server to work approximately 8 to 11 hours per week at Pacific Springs located at 805 South 173rd Court, Omaha, NE 68118. Pacific Springs has 67 independent living apartment homes, 52 independent living patio homes, 35 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes. Adjacent to Pacific Springs Golf Course. Must be at least 19 years old and have availability to work 3:00pm to 7:00pm or 4:00pm to 7:00pm on weekend evenings and some weekday evenings, including holidays.

This position will pay up to $17.03/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum age of 19 years old is required.
