Clarkson College is currently seeking a Facility Services Coordinator. This position will provide seamless support in coordinating facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The Facility Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities, handling work orders, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring maintenance requests. The role supports operational efficiency through effective communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, enabling a productive workspace for all employees, students and visitors.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years of experience in Facility Management / Facilities, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related field required
* High School Diploma required.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
* Ability to follow written and oral instructions required.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of customers required.
* The ability to evaluate, coordinate, react and monitor customer requests and building issues in a timely manner required.
* Microsoft Office Suites experience required.
* Current valid motor vehicle operator license and ability to meet and maintain insurability required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in related fields of Business, Construction Management, Architecture or Design preferred
* Experience in Archibus, Workday, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, preferred.
