Nebraska Home Pediatrics & Parents (NHP&P) is unlike any other practice in Omaha. The company was founded by a working mother of four who understands the importance of work-life balance. Family should always, and will always, come first at NHP&P.
We have high standards for our team members, especially for the leaders. The leadership team knows that in order for NHP&P to be successful they need to give the team members the resources to succeed. The culture will be different than most other companies you have worked in as the team members tell leadership what they need to be successful and the leadership will actually listen and support the team members.
