Position Overview:
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing all treasury functions, including the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable, to optimize cash flow and maintain financial stability. They lead the Treasury team, ensuring effective execution of treasury processes, controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role includes safeguarding company assets through rigorous management of liquidity, risk, and accurate reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts. Additionally, the Treasury Manager drives continuous process improvements and provides strategic financial reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA): Lead and manage the team, ensuring communication, accountability, and staff development.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee timely and accurate processing of AR/AP transactions, optimizing cash flow.
  • Treasury Processes and Controls: Develop and maintain treasury processes to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Protection of Company Assets: Manage liquidity, monitor cash flow, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve treasury operations and enhance financial controls.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and credit risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred.
  • Significant experience in treasury management, finance, or accounting, with a proven track record of managing treasury functions, including cash management, risk management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), accounting software, and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including cash flow management, liquidity management, and financial risk assessment. Knowledge of AR/AP processes, reconciliation techniques, and internal controls is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
