Overview:

Variable hrs/wk. 5p-7a, evening/night. 8-10 shifts/month including weekends and holidays. Provide transportation for patients from the hospital to their residence. Will be on call 5p-7a, 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. High School Diploma required. Customer service experience preferred, healthcare background preferred.
