Status: Full-Time (40 hours per week)â?¯Â
Work Schedule: Your work schedule will require flexibility, with the potential for any 8.5-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. (Central Time Zone), Monday through Sunday. Shifts will change, so adaptability is key. (Shift differential for weekend and evening hours worked)Â

What you'll do:Â
Interfaces with Medicare Advantage customers via telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail.Â
Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues.Â
Elevates sensitive customer requests when necessary.Â
Comply with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a very dynamic environment, candidate is responsible to take initiative to stay current on policies and procedures required to support the customer and to ensure compliance.Â
Accountable to remain current on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.Â
