Description

The Welcome Center Student Assistant will be a current student enrolled in IWCC. Student Assistant will greet and assist visitors at the Welcome Center.

Job Duties

Greet and welcome students, staff and campus guest
Answer incoming phone calls to campus and direct them to the appropriate department, area or service
Provide support and assist to admissions/recruiting staff as required
Provide tours and guidance to campus guest

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to students and campus guest
Able to work in a fast past environment

Physical Demands

Successful candidate must be able to sit stationary for extended periods of time
Candidate maybe required to walk for intermediate distances when required
