POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources (HR) Specialist is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various capacities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The HR Specialist will work closely with HR leadership to ensure the efficient operation of the HR function, fostering a positive work environment and supporting strategic organizational goals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor degree in human resources, organizational development, business management or another related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a human resources role is preferred, if degreed. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, if non-degreed.Â
