About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure the firm's financial health and sustainability. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, serving as a strategic advisor and leader, and will be pivotal in the successful implementation of the firm's growth strategy.The CFO will be responsible for aligning and integrating financial goals with the overall strategy and vision of the firm, and must be deeply engaged with the firm's office and practice leadership, as well as the firm's leadership team. Financial expertise in areas such as budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, and data analytics is essential. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of executing the firm's financial strategy and contributing to its continued success. This role requires a strong leader with a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in a senior financial leadership position, preferably within a large law firm or comparable professional services organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial expertise, leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic vision, technological proficiency, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to innovation. Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a bachelor's degree, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. The role demands a professional who can establish credibility, form strong working relationships, and foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and transparency.
