About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Director of Investment Operations to join its expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' direct experience in the asset management industry, with a strong background in leading teams that handle core investment support activities. This role requires a proven track record in both operational leadership and active participation in strategic business initiatives. Deep knowledge and experience in multi-asset class investing, derivatives, alternative investments, and private markets are essential. The successful candidate will be adept at managing various investment structures and products, including SMAs, different forms of 40' Act funds, and private fund structures. Key responsibilities for the VP, Director of Investment Operations include ensuring the Operations team meets all strategic and performance objectives, managing a team of operations professionals, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, maintaining relationships with external service providers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with senior management to support business growth. The role demands a leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of investment risk management and compliance, and the ability to adapt to changing organizational requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and a CFA designation is highly desirable. The candidate should also have experience in GIPS, investment performance, and project leadership.
