About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) to take on a pivotal role in providing administrative and programmatic leadership for all clinical functions. The CCO will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care and the implementation of evidence-based practices. This includes overseeing regulatory and accreditation compliance, providing clinical expertise and leadership, and participating in strategic planning for clinical programming. The successful candidate will also be tasked with identifying service gaps, developing action plans, and finding strategic funding methods. Collaboration with the Medical Director to align medical and clinical issues is essential, as is the development and management of budgets and the enhancement of the professional growth of clinical staff. Applicants for the CCO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a Ph.D. preferred, and hold an active NYS professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP). A minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience in providing psychological intervention, as well as 5 years of supervisory and management responsibility, is required. The role demands experience in clinical program development, budgeting, and clinical personnel supervision, along with a strong understanding of federal, state, and administrative requirements. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining agency standards, ensuring provider adherence to all clinical and regulatory requirements, and will be committed to the professional development of the clinical staff.
