The Company is seeking a VP, Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs to play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of its diverse product portfolio. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach to managing a world-class quality management system, driving continuous improvement, and adapting processes to meet the needs of a dynamic business environment. The VP will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, establishing strong quality and regulatory processes, and maintaining a proactive stance in communication with global regulatory authorities. Candidates for the VP, Global Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs role at the company should have a Master's degree and a proven track record in global quality assurance and regulatory affairs, particularly within the medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution sectors. The role requires a leader with a commercial mindset, capable of aligning quality management with business growth strategies. Experience in leading transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of global regulatory standards, including FDA and ISO-13485, are essential. The VP will also be expected to have strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills, as well as a certification in lean, six sigma, or an equivalent continuous improvement methodology.
