About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers in the Western region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the central market, leading strategic go-to-market initiatives, and developing creative client engagement strategies to support customers' digital transformation. This role requires a high achiever with a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership, particularly in the Martech space. The Regional VP will be expected to provide support and guidance to their team, develop a winning team through recruitment, training, and coaching, and ensure accurate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Engaging at the C-level in commercial customer organizations, leading demand generation activities, and driving customer awareness and engagement are also key responsibilities. To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years' of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment, with a strong preference for those with Martech experience. The role demands a leader with established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. A consultative selling approach, a passion for driving results, and the ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment are essential. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and colleagues, with strong business acumen and a proven sales methodology.
