About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for LATAM Market Development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding educational opportunities and improving student outcomes across the Latin American region. This role involves strategic planning and execution to increase testing volumes and program adoption, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions and ministries. The Executive Director will also be responsible for team building and management, including leading a high-performing sales team and establishing partnerships with local stakeholders. A passion for education, at least 10 years of experience in market development or a related field, and a deep understanding of the education sector in Latin America are essential. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be effective networkers, capable of representing the organization at industry events, and have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders. The role requires significant experience in strategic proposal development, excellent negotiation skills, and strong leadership in managing external vendors. Proficiency in Spanish and English, as well as excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills, are necessary. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting market analysis, monitoring trends, and preparing reports on market performance. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and authorization to work in the United States are also required.
