About the Role

This leadership position involves strategic planning, fostering high-level partnerships, and driving team results. The VP will also be responsible for centering beneficiaries in program design, creating feedback loops, and adapting strategies to remain effective in a dynamic environment. Applicants for the VP of Climate Finance Programs at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, with at least 7 years in a related area. Practical knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in financing infrastructure projects for low-income and disadvantaged communities is essential. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in program development, change management, and project management, as well as a commitment to serving low-income and marginalized communities. The VP will be expected to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, from financial institutions to community partners, and to be adaptable in the face of evolving circumstances.
