About the Role

The Company is in search of dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. Board Members are expected to be residents of the local community, understanding its needs, and invested in its well-being. Board Members at the company will undergo a comprehensive orientation process and are expected to serve a term of office for three years, with the possibility of two additional terms. This is a volunteer position with no associated compensation. The role involves strategic guidance, oversight of operations, and a commitment to the organization's mission of promoting choice, personal satisfaction, and the realization of hopes and dreams for the individuals it serves.
