About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to business leaders, providing strategic insights, and data-driven decision support to optimize the company's growth and profitability. This role involves building and maintaining financial forecasts, working closely with operational and functional leaders on strategic plans, and performing in-depth financial analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. The VP of FP&A will also be instrumental in supporting the company's M&A strategy and will be responsible for leading a high-performing FP&A team. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' of professional experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related area. The role requires expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional collaborator, highly organized, and possess the acumen and curiosity to understand the business's growth drivers. Experience in a fast-growing or start-up environment is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be a high-energy, humble team player with a get-it-done attitude.
