About the Role

The Company is seeking a Division President for its Upper Peninsula - Michigan region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to support and optimize the performance of the assigned division. This role is pivotal in promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and integration to enhance patient care and satisfaction, as well as fiscal accountability. The Division President will be expected to have a strong background in leadership, financial management, strategic planning, and effective communication, with a focus on employee engagement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being desirable, and a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a related public or private sector field. Applicants for the Division President position should have a proven track record of executive leadership in a competitive environment, with prior experience as a COO or CEO in a hospital or health system of similar size, or equivalent experience in a related service industry. The role demands a leader with a thorough understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as experience in developing effective relationships with all stakeholders, including physicians. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership and business skills in a matrixed environment and have a solid background in implementation and follow-through. Continued professional development, such as membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is also a key qualification. The Division President will be instrumental in driving the company's strategic objectives and must be committed to the values of compassion, accountability, collaboration, foresight, and joy.
