About the Role

The Company is seeking an Enterprise Risk Strategic Analyst, VP to join their Global Systematic Stress Testing (GSST) team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing the target-state GSST program design, driving Consent Order remediation, and coordinating senior enterprise-level governance forums. This role is pivotal in overseeing a set of enterprise stress tests, coordinating senior governance forums, and managing various enterprise risk metrics. The VP will be responsible for a range of supporting activities, working closely with risk pool leads, and collaborating with others to monitor and remediate concerns. Key responsibilities include the creation and tracking of project plans, status reporting, and managing governance forums. The role also involves supporting transformation projects, applying in-depth business knowledge, and leading day-to-day activities to support resolution. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, risk, or finance, with a preference for those with a background in enterprise stress testing and data or analytics. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with a senior audience, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with senior stakeholders. An analytical mindset, excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, and the ability to resolve issues in complex situations are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, have superb skills in PowerPoint and other graphic programs, and be able to convey a story and persuade senior audiences. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
