About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP for its Commercial Solutions Group, a key leadership role focused on driving the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with sales and operations to ensure profitable revenue growth, leading a team in the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, and managing all aspects of commercial operations, including bid responses, commercial negotiations, and pricing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of engineering and construction in the telecom industry, particularly in the areas of national communications, data centers, and government and municipal agencies. The SVP will also be instrumental in enhancing the company's market position through proactive competitive analysis and will be expected to have a strong background in financial and commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a data-driven, process-focused approach. Candidates for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles within the engineering and construction industry, with a focus on telecom and/or data center. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, deal negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of building strong relationships both within the organization and with external partners. Key competencies include operational experience in construction, engineering, and telecom, as well as strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The SVP will also be involved in M&A support and must be adept at risk management and operational optimization.
