About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Product and Technology Officer to join their team. This role involves leading a large IT team, managing a significant operating budget, and ensuring that the company's products and services are innovative, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the traveling public. The Chief Product and Technology Officer will also be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, leading product development, and engaging with key customers to validate product direction. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of management experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked with transportation agencies, elected officials, and ITS technologies. The role requires a deep understanding of data integration, real-time traffic management protocols, and multi-jurisdictional transportation management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, strong fiscal management skills, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience in high-stress situations, overseeing complex technology projects, and delivering multi-million-dollar federal programs is also highly valued. The Chief Product and Technology Officer will be expected to represent the company at industry events and support external outreach to align programs with local, regional, and national initiatives.
