The ideal CFO for this role will have a background as the top finance leader in a multi-site services company, with a tenure of 15-20+ years in a progressive career. Experience in private equity is highly preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to execute the investment thesis. The role is pivotal in the company's journey, with a planned exit in 2026-2027, and the CFO will play a critical part in the business's growth and transformation during this period.
