About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Technology to spearhead its technological vision and strategy. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Technology position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced business degree being a plus, and at least 10 years' experience in a senior technology leadership role within the manufacturing sector. A proven track record in large-scale technology transformations, deep understanding of Industry 4.0, and expertise in manufacturing processes and systems are essential. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. The candidate should be adept at building and managing relationships with technology vendors and industry partners, and be capable of negotiating contracts and overseeing the technology department's budget.
