About the Role

Applicants must have a master's degree or a relevant terminal academic degree, with a minimum of 4 years experience in an educational institution or community program setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading large community outreach and engagement initiatives, as well as prior supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in business management, entrepreneurship, and a strong understanding of the needs of the local workforce. General knowledge, skills, and abilities should include the ability to work in a multicultural environment, adaptability to change, excellent communication, critical thinking, and a strong focus on customer service and ethics.
