About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that support franchise owners in customer acquisition, brand visibility, and local market growth. This role involves leading digital marketing efforts, collaborating with franchisees to tailor the brand to local markets, and ensuring the overall brand vision is maintained. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with developing guidelines and training for franchise owners, managing the marketing budget, and supervising a marketing team. A key aspect of the role is to work closely with the C-suite and agency partners to deliver effective national and localized marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand strategy. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, with a Master’s degree (MBA) preferred. A minimum of 7 years' marketing leadership experience is required, with at least 3 years in a franchise or multi-location business environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, a strong background in digital marketing strategies, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple locations. Proficiency in social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising is essential. The role demands a leader with vital marketing insight, a deep understanding of the franchising industry, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with franchise owners.
