About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the aggressive expansion of its market presence within the foodservice sector. The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 10 years' in B2B sales, particularly in the foodservice industry, is required, with a proven track record of success in selling to major accounts. The role calls for a leader with strong negotiation skills, the ability to close complex sales, and a talent for driving revenue growth. The candidate should be highly motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and capable of inspiring and managing a high-performing sales team. Experience with high-impact clients in the foodservice sector, such as Sysco, US Foods, McDonald’s, and Starbucks, is essential.
