SpineSearch is seeking a Nurse Manager to join a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Garden City, NY.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership at in a licensed ambulatory surgery center
Manage the daily staffing and flow of patients
Contribute to building the team by helping the nursing staff succeed through mentoring and training
Work closely with the DON, Clinical Manager, and physicians as needed
Resolve clinical issues for patients and maintain a positive and helpful attitude
Utilize effective time management skills to complete assigned duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
Current New York state RN license
Previous managerial or charge nurse experience at least two years preferred
Supervisory experience in an ambulatory surgery center required
