Then we want you to apply! Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is looking for candidates for Health & Fitness Specialist. The Health & Fitness Specialist is responsible for the oversight of all healthy lifestyles programs at their clubhouse(s). They are responsible for the delivery of programming, including planning, development, reporting, and implementation in collaboration with the Program Services team. Additionally, the Health & Fitness Specialist assists with other operational functions of the clubhouse from time to time.

Preferred Candidates will have the following: - A four-year degree in a relevant education and/or leadership field.
- A minimum of two years' work experience working with youth in an academic setting, education programming, or youth leadership and advocacy or one year of experience as a Youth Development Professional (YDP) at a Boys & Girls Club organization or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, direct and coordinate programs, activities and events
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability not required but helpful

Compensation: $15.38 hourly but may qualify for a higher starting wage depending on your skills and experience. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
