Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics
Knowledge / Qualifications: The qualifications for the position of Junior Software Engineer include proven success in Client Management, Project Management, and Services Delivery. Other important areas of experience and skills include:
• Proficient experience in
Microsoft SQL, C#, Java Script • Experience working with business users to concept, generate and deliver solutions
• Knowledge in common practices of Maintenance and Reliability is a major plus
• Overall knowledge of MHE technologies and warehouse systems or similar is a plus
• Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and knowledge of Microsoft software tools (MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
• Database knowledge is a plus
• Strong leadership and customer engagement skills
• willingness to travel in order to satisfy client needs
• Working knowledge of cloud-based technologies is preferred
