Remuneration: $200k-$300k + Equity 0.10% to 0.40%

Voice is set to become the default interface, yet businesses and products aren't prepared for this shift. Launched in March, we rapidly scaled revenue and recently secured a Series A funding from a top-tier firm. With a small, dynamic team of 17, we are expanding our founding team in-person in San Francisco to drive our growth further.

Mission

As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for the design and development of our frontend Dashboard platform. You'll play a key role in shaping our company culture at Vapi.

Outcomes

Design and ship frontend features:

• Deliver a pre-scoped feature within the first 7 days.
• Independently complete a feature within the first 30 days.
• Collaborate with growth engineering to launch a set of experiments within the first 45 days.

Enhance the frontend codebase:

• Implement a pre-scoped improvement or refactor within the first 14 days.
• Complete an independent improvement within the first 30 days.

Respond to user feedback:

• Receive requests from the Support team and deploy a fix within the first 14 days.
• Proactively engage with customer feedback to investigate and resolve issues within the first 14 days.

Create delightful experiences for customers:

• Surprise a customer with a delightful addition (e.g. confetti on their first call) within the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Founding, Senior, Staff, or Principal Engineer.
• At least 1 year of experience at a previous company.
• 5+ years in Full-Stack / Frontend Software Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying features.
