Role: Cloud Architect (Priority 1) Location: Remote Rate: 145k Opening: 2 Note: We need architects with full stack knowledge and Azure cloud. Also, healthcare experience is mandatory here 1. Healthcare Industry Knowledge • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payor, provider, member, state/CMS relationships)
• Familiarity with health insurance products (Medicaid & DSNP, value-based care models)
• Familiarity of care management workflows (utilization management, case management, disease management)
• Understanding of health risk stratification, care planning, and outcomes monitoring
• Knowledge of care coordination across providers, payors, and members
• Grasp of quality metrics (HEDIS, STAR Ratings, NCQA standards)
2. Business Strategy Alignment • Data enabled care management solutions that lead to better health outcomes
• Process and workflow automation via AI and RPA to enable efficient care management
• Leveraging engagement tools to promote adherence to care plans
• Enabling personalized health experiences through member portals, mobile apps, communication modes (text)
10. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement • Participate in business strategy sessions and create technology strategy and roadmaps to align to business needs and goals.
• Consensus building on approach, value, solutions and roadmap.
3. Regulatory & Compliance Expertise • Strong grasp of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, CMS, HITRUST, interoperability rules)
4. Data Architecture & Analytics Competency • Familiarity with methods and models of clinical data (EMR/EHR systems, health information exchanges)
• Familiarity with data standards like FHIR, HL7, CCD, and C-CDA
• Real-time data sharing to support care transitions and clinical decision-making
6. Innovation & Emerging Technologies • Cloud transformation and scalable infrastructure solutions
• AI first approach to faster and more adaptable solutions
