Senior Application Developer

TheSenior Application Developerwill provide platform administration, software engineering, and development project management services for mission-specific applications and websites. TheSenior Applications Systems Analyst/Programmerwill function as the primary Domino Platform Administrator performing duties, like but not exclusively to platform configuration, web hosting configuration, application configuration, user access, and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initiate cross-training with the systems administration team.
- Formulate objectives and levels of effort through research and fact-finding with customer representatives and project managers.
- Be responsible for the software development life cycle from planning to implementation to testing and documenting, to deployment and maintenance.
- Create and maintain complete and accurate documentation accessible to COR on SharePoint.
- Design, code, and deploy unique business applications and sites.
- Interface with COR to address customer personnel with identifying, defining, and prioritizing enhancements to existing applications and sites.
- Design, code, and deploy enhancements to existing applications and sites.
- Monitor application performance and perform application changes to optimize performance.
- Provide application and user support to existing applications.
- Provide data management and user directory support.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain currency on technology and service capabilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience or a combination of experience and training may be used in lieu of a degree with 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
- Possess Baseline and Full Computing Environment certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002. MCSA SQL Server certification is required.
- Secret clearance Tier 5 investigation required.
