Ongoing Full Time Or Part Time locum contract with options to extend!
High Acuity of Care, Level One Trauma, Lot's of PROCEDURES!
The Cardiovascular critical care team is a continuous, on-site service with expected work schedule of 3-4 nights shifts per week or open to 6 on /8 off and blocks of 7 on / 7 off
Our APPs are involved in all aspects of patient management with a significant degree of autonomy in the CVICU program including:
- Management of approximately 800+ cardiac cases per year including CABGs, Valves (surgical and TAVR), and thoracic vascular surgery (surgical and TEVAR).
- Management of cardiogenic shock with and without mechanical support.
- Performs high-quality clinical practices and effective patient management, under the supervision of the cardiac intensivist, in accordance with state regulations.
Must Have Texas License
Length: 6 months +
