Dentist - Pediatric

Come join our exceptional clinical team within our Oral Health Clinic System along the beautiful Central California Coast in Santa Cruz. This position involves delivering quality-focused oral health care services to our pediatric patients, the same as your colleagues do for their families. As a Pediatric Oral Health provider at our organization, you will work closely with our Lead Dentists, other General & Pediatric Oral Health providers, and support staff in a team-based approach to patient care.

The mission of our clinics is to make prevention more common than treatment by providing affordable, high-quality, culturally competent oral healthcare to the vulnerable low-income populations. We value diversity and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.

• Compensation: $210k - $250k, DOE
  Schedule: 5 days x 8 hours
  Operational hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Continuing Dental Education - CDE is reimbursed with a passing grade. Rates are determined each fiscal year. License fees are included!

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry and possession of either a D.D.S. or D.M.D degree
• Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Residency program
• Possess or be able to obtain a license to practice dentistry in the State of California
• Possess or be able to obtain an active DEA Certificate

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• 1+ years of clinical experience with pediatric patients
• Clinical experience serving low-income and uninsured patients.
