We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the supply chain and logistics side of a growing organization. This role will focus on financial planning, modeling, and operational partnership as the company continues to expand its store footprint and distribution network over the next 5-10 years.

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for supply chain and logistics operations
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models tied to operational metrics
• Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Deliver actionable insights on cost drivers, efficiency, and expansion strategy
• Analyze trends related to distribution, transportation, and store rollout initiatives
• Assist in development of reporting and dashboards to support decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and business teams

• Experience in operational finance (supply chain, manufacturing, retail, or similar)
• Strong understanding of driver-based modeling and operational metrics
• Advanced Excel skills (required)
• Exposure to Power BI and/or Oracle is a plus
• Proven ability to partner with operations stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
